Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy is a contemporary approach becoming increasingly popular in the mental health field. Just as the name implies, this is simply therapy done outside while walking, rather than sitting inside an office. Sara finds that many clients feel more comfortable while walking and are able to open up more freely to deepen their work in therapy.
